These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Canterbury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) based in Canterbury, United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss services, including prescription and non-prescription treatments, delivered to patients in the UK.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if our clinical team determines it is not appropriate or safe for you.
Prescription treatments are only available where clinically indicated. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in your order being cancelled and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a completed clinical consultation reviewed and approved by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. We do not issue prescriptions automatically or on demand.
A prescription will only be generated where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so. You acknowledge that completing a consultation does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. Our clinical decisions are final and made in your best interest.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy unless otherwise stated. We comply fully with all UK prescribing regulations and NHS standards of practice.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. If your consultation results in no prescription being issued, you will not be charged for the medication, though a consultation fee may apply where stated.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your specified UK address. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before submitting your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly via the details provided on our website. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, any consultation fee paid remains non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
